Privacy Policy

We keep this short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• What you type: the name or thing you launch, the optional reason, the destination and language.
• Approximate location: city and country derived from your IP address by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) at the moment of checkout. We do not store your IP address.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. Stripe receives your card or wallet details and email; we receive a payment confirmation and the details you typed. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

What we use it for

• To run your launch and confirm your payment.
• To show the launch counter and the public feed (“city · NAME → destination”).
• To handle refunds, disputes and support requests, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

What we don’t do

No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling or sharing of data. The video is created on your device and is not uploaded to us. The site stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage.

Retention and your rights

Launch records are kept while the service runs; payment records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
