If you paid and the launch didn’t run, the video wasn’t created, or you were charged twice, email [email protected] within 14 days with the date and the name you launched. We refund in full — no arguments.

How refunds work
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
- Launches paid with Telegram Stars in our Telegram bot are refunded in Stars to your Telegram account. Use /paysupport in the bot or email us.
- Because each launch is a digital experience delivered instantly, we don’t refund a launch that worked just because you changed your mind. If you made a typo in the name, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
- If we cancel a launch because it breaks our Terms, we may refund it.
