Terms of Service
Bye Bye Space (“we”, “us”) at byebyespace.app is an online entertainment service operated by an individual based in Barcelona, Spain. By using the site or paying for a launch you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
A “launch” is a symbolic, digital and humorous experience: you type a name, a habit or anything else you want gone, pick a destination, and watch an animated rocket take it away. Each paid launch includes a personalised animated video (about 7 seconds) that you can save and share. Nothing is physically sent anywhere, and no real person is affected in any way.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay: Moon $1, Pluto $3, Black Hole $5. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency. In our Telegram bot launches are paid with Telegram Stars: Moon 50 ⭐, Pluto 150 ⭐, Black Hole 250 ⭐. 3. Instant delivery
The launch and the video are delivered immediately after payment. When you pay, you ask us to start right away, and you acknowledge that once the launch has been delivered the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content no longer applies. This does not affect our refund policy for technical problems — see Refunds.
4. Acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Use first names, nicknames, habits, days or things. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, bully or humiliate anyone, and do not enter hateful, violent or sexual content, full names together with private details, links or contact details.
- We automatically block some words and the names of public figures. We may refuse or cancel any launch that breaks these rules; if we cancel a paid launch for this reason we may refund it.
5. Public feed
The home page may show recent launches as “city · NAME → destination”. Only the name you typed, the destination and an approximate city are shown — never your own name, email or payment details.
6. Your video
The video is generated in your own browser. You may share it anywhere for personal, non-commercial use. The Bye Bye Space name, Captain Adiós and the design remain ours.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the launch in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new launches. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
